Julie-May Hardy - a construction industry professional with a knack for building high-performing teams and even better businesses. With my hands-on experience from start-ups to scale-ups, I bring the structure to the chaos and complexity.
With over 15 years in the construction industry, I have been able to identify a trend of what often goes wrong in construction and manufacturing businesses and also their projects. Over the past 10 my focus and experience has included driving strategic growth, improving operational efficiencies, streamlining business processes, optimising internal systems, and managing high-performing teams from muddy boots to boardrooms ensuring business processes are followed, bringing structure, transparency, and clarity to the business while ensuring projects run smoothly.
